The book shown is called “What’s Left of Me – How I lost a fight with a rogue hippo and won my life.” – by Paul Templer. I believe it is turned to the page in which half his body is inside the hippo’s mouth and he has been dragged to the floor of the Zambezi riverbed. Just your typical bad day at the office – right?
This year I had the pleasure to design Mr. Templer’s book. Just received my hardcopy and I am tickled pink. So much so that I have used a phrase usually uttered by people who call pants “britches”.
Can’t help myself. This was a cool project and a even better story. Paul escaped with his life but was left physically and emotionally broken. “What’s Left of Me” describes his personal journey toward feeling whole again. Inspiring read.
